Arsenal Giftcards can be exchanged for any item in full or part payment in an Arsenal store, or in the Arsenal shop within the stadium. Please note this Giftcard cannot be used to purchase matchday tickets or membership.

Can Arsenal Giftcards be used online?
You can use an Arsenal Giftcard online at arsenaldirect.arsenal.com. Simply shop for goods, add them to your basket and when you come to checkout, you’ll be asked to enter the number found on the back of the Giftcard. After entering the Giftcard details, your order balance will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the Giftcard.

How long are Arsenal Giftcards valid for?
Arsenal Giftcards expire 12 months from purchase or last use. Any unused balance cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
